DELIVERY TIME

- products are manufactured and dispatched from our warehouse within 5-15 business days

- products are sent by DPD. From dispatch, it takes 1-5 business days to delivery

FREE EU DELIVERY

-Currently, we are sending to the following countries (except overseas territories): Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Northern Ireland, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Sweden.

DELIVERY TO NON LISTED COUNTRIES (above)

-Currently, we are not sending goods to the other than listed countries, however we are working on expanding this list in the future. If you wish us to send goods to other than listed countries, please send us email at info@silhouetter.eu and we will discuss the possible options. (delivery fees might apply)

NO HIDDEN CHARGES

-Price is inclusive of all relevant taxes and delivery fees (to EU countries). Price you see next to the product is price you pay.

PRODUCT USAGE

-The product should be used in interior and dry conditions. The product can be hanged in exterior, however we do not offer rust free warranty  in this case.

RECEIVED DAMAGED/INCOMPLETE PRODUCT

-Please, send us email at info@silhouetter.eu as soon as possible. Also, include photos of the damage in possible. According to the damage, we can offer partial refund, discount codes or replacement
